When I say lots of pieces they have real pieces: Rifles, pistols, washing machine, a bar (no liquor though), an old Ford, dentist chair, barber pole, saddles, chaps... you get the picture. Stop in and check it all out.

History comes alive at Crazy Mountain Museum. Major settlement of this area was only 100 or so years ago. Many families are direct descendants of those settlers. The museum has a good collection of life 100 years ago in Sweet Grass County.

Be sure to stop in to experience historical Big Timber at this well appointed museum! The highlight has to be the diorama depicting Big Timber in the early 1900's. A beautiful setting and well maintained museum...definitely a great addition to your Big Timber "to-do" list!!!
