Last time we came here was about 7-8 years ago it is now a completely different place. It has now turned in to a very popular mini theme park and whilst the ice cream is still extremely popular the other attractions are an equal draw. Younger children would love it and it is definitely worth a trip. Especially as the... More

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We understand that we can get very busy, which is why we employ a high number of staff and also implemented the Fast Track Booking System to cope with demand and ensure people aren't queuing for hours. We are a free to enter site and offer free activities including the extensive... More

We have been here before but this was the first - and last - visit since the "improvements". It was awful. The appealing play areas have gone, to be replaced by gaudy plastic toadstools, trees and fake grass. On the way there all the children were excited about "panning for gold". If that is stil there we didn't find it.... More

We visited the ice cream farm today with our two boys 10 & 5 and niece aged 10. Having previously visited about 3 years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it we were looking forward to see the new additions. However from the outset having to book a slot for our youngest to go on the diggers which was a 4 hour... More

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are a free to enter site and do offer free activities, including the extensive outdoor play area and Fudge Farm, where the animals are housed. We have been gone to the ice cream farm 3 times. Each time it has grown into a bigger destination. When we came the third time it was extremely busy and we could only get ice cream and not do anything else.

We had heard lots of good reviews and were looking forward to come but was shocked at just how busy it was, it was seriously a hazard! Ive never seen anything like it. I realise that it is the summer holidays and we are quite used to busy places but this was something else, the kids didn't get to do... More

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We have an electronic visitor monitoring system as people walk through the entrance and we have never reached the capacity that was agreed with the local Fire Marshall, so although we may sometimes seem busy it is never dangerous. We do however understand that we can get very busy, which is... More

Just expected a farm shop and play area but we were so surprised at how fab this place is!! The play area shows a lot of the playgrounds up as it's totally magical for the kids, with giant toadstools, wacky built house with slide, mini trampolines built at floor level for smaller kids. We spent 3+ hrs there before discovering... More
