I'm a long-time patron of the Rep. Love the diversity of their productions and the quality of the performers, but I am always over-awed by the magnificent sets. I'm a fan of small-audience theatres.

As keen opera goers and staying in the City, we booked for "Grapes of Wrath" from the UK several months ago, knowing the Book, but not the Opera. The evening was quite magical, the setting could not be improved, the seating comfortable and well raked...More

There isn't a bad seat in the house. We saw "To Kill A Mockingbird" and went back for the next show "Million Dollar Quartet" ...both were outstanding. We aren't always available so season tickets aren't for us but "rush" tickets work great. We live close...More

It was our families first time here for a play. It is definitely intimate seating. We were very close but I realized I could have sat in the back and still saw everything clearly. Nice venue but a little pricey. We showed up in dress...More

We went to see "To Kill a Mockingbird" at the Rep on Sunday afternoon, mostly because I knew that my brother-in-law, Alan Knoll, was in it. He was great as usual, but we really loved the whole production, the staging, the African-American chorus that sang...More

Miller's great play was delivered with passion and excellence. Kate Keller was tragic and mad; Joe delivered with grace and sorrow, and Chris the Isaac who gets the last twist of the knife. What a performance!

Attending the second preview night was an excellent choice as there were a number of Rush tickets available at $20 each. We ended up with some in 6th row back center stage which normally would have been $64+ each. The performance of All My Sons...More

Earlier this week we took our granddaughter to the showing of A Christmas Carol. To say the least, it was a tremendous production. The Rep is our favorite venue for live shows. It's much more intimate than other locations such as the Fox Theater and...More

I have been a season subscriber to the Rep for over 25 years, and have rarely been disappointed. While I have, of course, enjoyed some productions more than others, I have always found the quality of the theatre outstanding: talented actors, clever sets, costumes and...More

We have season tickets and have not seen a bad show here in 10 years. This season (2016-17) began with a spectacular version of Follies. The ambience is not that great in the lobby. The theater is in the half round so there is not...More
