WEDDING CAKE NIGHTMARE! When we went to pick up the cake, and walked in...it was on the counter. When I saw it, I said "Oh do you need more time to finish"? She said no.... WELL... the cake was very unfinished looking. The top cake looked just set on there. The cakes were not even iced together( I had her... More

We walked into this shop today for a sweet treat, looked around their store, and weren't even greeted by the employee who wasn't busy. There is no better place in downtown Washington to stop and grab some handmade chocolates or an ice cream cone. The Fudge Shoppe is also a Happy Apples outlet so make sure to grab one for the road!

I didn't try the fudge, they had a nice selection.Scooped ice cream and truffles available too. Lots of foodie gifts and local specialties. They also have a basement shopping area. I wouldn't call this an attraction more of a shopping place.
