We visited on our last morning before flying out and it was fantastic! Had we not had a flight to catch we would've stayed longer, but starting with the introductory film, everything was just so well done. First, the facility is beautiful, and then, there are exhibits of Hallmark from its inception to today, including the various rights acquired along... More

Wow! An American success story and memories of how Hallmark has marked our lives. Watch the short movie, check out the exhibits. And it's free!

Enjoyed seeing the history and mechanics of greeting cards, including being able to make one for myself.

This is a nice, informative short tour. Good insight into the history of Mr. Hall, the founding of this company and the contributions it has made to the city.

We enjoyed it but not as much as we hoped. Bow making machine and Maxine were our favorites! It is a free tour and if you finish the tour the front desk will validate your parking for 3 hours to shop in the Crown Center.

Hallmark is a nice free tour to see the history of the company. Took us about 45 minutes to walk through and see everything The down side was we couldn't find the entrance to the visitors center. It is not clearly marked anywhere

What a neat little gem of a museum hidden away in Kansas City. So glad I got to visit! I happened to visit on my birthday, and was showered with love and a free birthday card. The people who work at the main desk are so friendly and helpful. I am a big Disney fan, and it was neat to... More

Visited with in-laws, was pleasantly surprised by the free visitor center. We made it in time for the artist talk. Which was very interesting.

To be quite honest this visit was a lil dissapopinting to me but then again in hindsight what did I expect? Hallmark is primarily a greeting card company! not NASA or Disney. There is only so much a greeting card company's 'visitor' center can be. For what it is I think they did a great job but it's difficult to... More
