Well worth the stop, we were bummed about the gorges du verdon. This was next on the way, so cute and picturesque. Lots of great shops and yummy glaces!!

Such a beautiful spot for a church. The hike up is a bit of a climb and the limestone has been worn down so much that it is a bit slippery (hold the railing, sturdy friends hand or bring some walking poles)

Notre Dame de Beauvoir in Moustiers Sainte-Marie France is a religious site. A chapel at the top of a 262 step climb.

Wow this church is perched on the top of the mountain - beautiful to look at and quite the hike to get to but worth it for pics and a look around.

Put on good shoes and start a short hike uphill to the church Be careful especially when walking down. Worth every step!

Recommend starting from the far left of town and using the less well travelled track to get to this church. You end up crossing the balcony of the rocks to get to the church (trail is wide so no danger of falling). The church itself...More
