We have been here many times, but this was by far our best visit. We were able to spend time one on one with Juanita (spelling?) made the experience. We really enjoyed all the wine education she shared with us too. During our tasting we were able to chat about life and the conversation led to family etc and we... More

We visited this little town to get a taste of the local wine. Hermannhof winery is on the top list of the local place to visit. They've wine tasting tour and free tour to the underground wine cellar. The host was very friendly and resourceful. She knew all the history of the cellar and the winery. They've free samples of... More

(To start, we stayed at the Inn at Hermannhof, and it was amazing and highly recommended for a romantic, luxurious Hermann experience). The winery was fantastic. My wife and I received a free tasting from staying at the inn, and all of the wines were delicious. They have a nice variety, from dry reds/white, to sweets, to dessert wines, all... More

After touring all the popular wineries we enjoyed this one the most. It was very convenient being in town, had a nice deli with wonderful assortments of cheese, crackers, sausage, even sandwich lunch plates. Depending on time of year, inside seating is a must fall through spring, Hermannhof has a sitting area to enjoy your favorite bottle of wine. Very... More

We stopped here during a day doing various wineries in the Hermann area. All the wineries have different and interesting tasting rooms, shops, and wines. Hermannhof was especially good. We liked their white wines and enjoyed the snacks as well, they went really really well with the wines. Great experience!.

This Winery had delicious wines! I recommend the sweet vignoles. They also feature a large cheese and meat selection which was really yummy! The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. The building is beautiful and historic and also has a larger outdoor patio.

After visiting Stone Hill, this was our next stop. Their wine was ok. A few decent ones. Highlight was the port, which they charged $2 extra to taste. $6 for 5 selections. They were pretty busy when we were there. Looks like an awesome place to hit up in the warmer weather when the outside is open.

We stopped off here during the October Fest and found some great German food and a nice white wine. The White Lady wine was nice with the braut and potato pancake. Great music, good food and great wine. What a location with an outdoor seating just down from rather downtown area. Just a short walk but well worth the effort.

We stopped in on a Monday to share a bottle of wine and enjoy the autumn weather. The location is right downtown with plenty of parking across the street. The venue is beautiful and serene and you are never rushed to drink up and go - you can hang out all day if you wish. They have a full variety... More

Note: We visited during Octoberfest Found a place to park across the street and made our way over to Hermannhof Vineyards. To say the least, it was crowded! We purchased a bag of candied almonds outside then waited our turn inside for a wine tasting. It was packed and loud in the tasting room. Our group of four stood two... More
