This was a very nice museum and there were plenty of hands-on things that kids could relate to as well. The information was presented in a way that was easy to follow. Lots of pictures and sounds to go along with the tour. I would recommend stopping here for sure!

House is well preserved and shares many personal artifacts from her life. It was interesting to see that even she may have been Mark Twain's childhood crush, they reconnected once again later in life.

We enjoyed our walk through the house and liked finding out about the woman Becky Thatcher was based upon. It is just a fun part of the whole Mark Twain experience.

Newly updated self-guided tour is especially well-suited for elementary-aged children. Good interactive and informative displays with thought-provoking questions directed towards students. Worthwhile for adults too. 10 to 30 minutes, depending on your interest.

Just like the Mark Twain home - very well done. losts of information. They have a recording of the real life Becky Thatcher from a radio program that was neat to hear.

Well kept up, but it was not open... I think it has been turned into a store. Still a nice place for a photo

The photos are amazing. It really shows the relationship between Mark Twain's muse for Becky. My kids loved the little school house portion. They couldn't believe the kids just sat on benches & listened. No electronic boards or ipads/chromebooks.

If you are a fan of Mark Twain, it is a bit interesting. There isn't a whole lot in here except some pictures on the wall, a couple of kid's areas and gift shop. It is included with the Mark Twain Musuem, so if you pay, you may as well check it out.
