The weather was cold, but the kids had a blast. They thought they were had when the chain saw guys came up behind them. We went at night and during daylight hours and they had a blast both times. We will be returning next year.

From what I heard they are changing the loading platform to make it one that moves with the gondolas. That will make loading/unloading faster in the future. It likely won't be back up until later in the Summer.

The hours and staffing of the customer service area is confusing. The process could be reasonable or you might have a wait line depending on how many lines are open. We were sent to a building in the center of the park.
