We went to Six Flags Saint Louis this evening to go visit Santa and see the lights and the kids were so excited! It was a chilly night and my 11 year old daughter asked to wear my uggs, I told her yes and she...More
The phone number to speak with someone is next to impossible to find. They push you to the website and that is no help. I needed to speak with a customer service representative. I finally chatted with someone who was no help other than giving...More

The hours and staffing of the customer service area is confusing. The process could be reasonable or you might have a wait line depending on how many lines are open. We were sent to a building in the center of the park.
