Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have shopped at the Branson Mill for many years and was so disappointed last week when week walked in to find it is closing. They told us that most of the booths were relocating in other parts of the city. I guess we will have to search and find the shops we love. It is a sad day to see one of our favorite shopping place closing.

So many craft malls offer a run of the mill variety of tourist trinkets. branson Mill has a huge offering of skilled craftsmen and interesting offerings. Everyone has heard of Rattlesnake Eddie. He is a leather master and his shop is a draw for the Mill.

Walking around the Mill is like a treasure hunt. Decorated, well laid out, clean, and comfortable. There is enough variety that the shopper doesn't lose interest in seeing the same old stuff from booth to booth.

Lots to see, reasonable prices, educational, and fun to browse. Parking is plentiful and convenient.

This is a high quality, well planned out and properly staffed shopping mecca. Everyone works very hard to please the browsers.

After visiting a variety of shops around Branson and feeling disappointed with a lot of the cheap imports, we visited Branson Mill. Since my wife and I have our own side business of making items, we are always anxious to see what others make.

We enjoyed seeing many of the booths in Branson Mill. While we didn't get to meet Rattlesnake Eddie, we did get to look at the great items that he has and really enjoyed what we saw.

You should plan on spending a couple of hours at Branson Mill. There are some booths that resell cheap imports, but most of the booths offer items that are made by people from the area.

We always love to browse through the Branson Mill when we are in Branson. They have so many different booths and so neat stuff. Our favorite shop is the mountain Man Nut shop. All of their produce is so good, fresh and reasonable priced. The Mall is always so clean and easy accessed. There is adequate parking and well lite.

if you don't get to go anyplace else be sure to go here. Rattle snake Eddie and his wife Debbie have a very original shop from handmade leather items of all kinds that the rattlesnake makes right there to the genuine tourqoise jewlery that his wife has it is truly a must see while you are in Branson Mo

We were in Branson around the middle of November and finally found the time to take a scroll saw class at Mr. Ms workshop at the Branson Mill. The class lasted around 3 1/2 hours and Gaylen Montgomery showed and explained to me a lot of intracacies with the art of scroll sawing. Enjoyed the class immensely and was well worth the time and fee.

Nice selection of craft type items, everything from woodworking to frilly craft, from jams and jellies to BBQ sauces. Friendly people and worth a stop

We spent a few days in Branson and found Mr. Montgomery who helped us out with some SPECIAL Handmade Christmas gifts for our grandchildren. He handcrafted some Wooden Puzzles spelling out the names of our grandchildren. They were ready for us in 2 days and we were able to pick them up before we left town. He did a beautiful job!!
Our twins are going to love seeing their name in Puzzle form at Christmas!! His wife also made some really cute plaques for us to use as Christmas gifts also. These are WONDERFUL people and we really enjoyed doing business with them.. We wish them the best in the future !

Good place to pick up gifts and crafts for yourself or others. Lots of vendors with easy to navigate layout of mall. Many of the craft people who have booths are on site and that makes for a more interesting trip.
