I had a good time, however I was so out of breath. They say people with back and knee problems prolly shouldn't go down there. I think you have to be in good shape to do this tour. My favorite part was the ride up at the end.

We enjoyed the guided tour of Marvel Cave. There is a little physical exertion required so if you are infirm or elderly, you want to think carefully of taking this tour as their are slippery surfaces and a lot of stairs (both up and down) to walk.

Prepare for some stairs. This is not for those that aren't up for a little strenuous activity or have knee problems, but it is well worth it. I have visited several caves and have visited Marvel cave during the daylight. It is huge and may not contain a lot of beautiful formations that I've witnessed in other caves, but the... More

We enjoy visiting Silver Dollar City, and many times we take a break from the sun and heat on a summer day with an escape to Marvel cave. The cave itself is pretty awesome, and worth seeing over and over. The large entry room itself is impressive. The rest of the trip is also very interesting. Definiately worth a visit!... More

This is the best part of Silver Dollar City, you have got to go and see what got the whole thing started. Granted you need to be able to climb a lot of steps (so be prepared for some cardio), but it is truly amazing to see. There are a couple of tight spaces, I didn't ever get that "closed... More

This is especially nice to do when it is hot and middle of summer for a cool walk and very pretty. It is a long walk with lots of steps so be prepared but worth it.

When visiting Silver Dollar City, this is a nice attraction that gives you a real feel of what lies beneath. It requires a lot of walking and stairs, but there are certainly some neat formations of caves to experience.

Good for almost any age if in decent shape. Tour guide was enlightening and went at a pace we could keep up with. A bit strenous but worth it to be somewhere beneath the earth so beautiful.

We love doing this tour. Each tour guide have a different story to tell instead of the same canned speech that you get from a lot of Branson tours. I wish the groups could be smaller. There always seems to be that one couple or person that can't follow directions and tries to wander off on their own.

If you can go down over 700 steps down to the center of the cave, you will enjoy this experience. Be sure and go to the restroom before you descend, nothing worst than a full bladder and an hour of tour before you can rise to the top for a bathroom break. Otherwise a great time!
