A highlight of the Silver Dollar City theme park, this constantly evolving wet limestone cave under the Ozark Mountains, dating back to the 1500s, provides a one-hour tour of fascinating rooms and passageways. The cave's entryway is the largest in the U.S.

Amazing so many cool rock formations. The tour is just over an hour. Tour guides are very knowledgeable about the caves. Some parts of the caves have low ceilings. Lots of stairs were athletic clothes. Bring a sweater can get a little cold.

My husband and I had a blast on this tour. The guides were hilarious and informative. I would caution taking young children, especially those afraid of heights. We left our son with the grandparents and were thankful we did. Keep in mind that this cavern...More

We have taken the regular tour a few other times. This time we tried the Lantern Tour. It was so much fun! Our guide, Tony, made it better than ever! Fun, informative, and a great attitude! Thanks, Tony!!

It was fun and was able to carry a two year old most of the time. The tour guide was knowledgeable and waited for everyone to catch up

Marvel is one of the best caves I've been in. Its not just an in and out walk. The tour takes about an hour and is full of beautiful creeks and stalagtites! We enjoyed it immensely.

The Marvel Cave in Silver Dollar City is amazing. The entry room is AWESOME! The trip is not for anyone with a handicap as you have many many steps and twists and turns to make, but take this adventure if you dare!!!

Great tour. They try and scare you out of going by telling you how difficult the walk is. But it is done at a slow pace and not exceptionally challenging. There were people from age 3 to 83 on our tour.

I'm sorry, but I don't know. They have a Lantern Light Tour that can start as early as 4:30pm (depending on when the park close, sometimes it's 5:30), so they might stop the regular tours before that particular one starts... More

If you mean accessible for those with limited mobility, unfortunately not. You must be able to go up and down fairly steep steps, through narrow spaces, around formations, etc. We held onto railings most of the time during... More

You can actually get into the cave for free. The cave is not owned by SDC. It is owned by Lake of the Ozarks college. You can do some paperwork and get in for free only the cave not the theme park.
