We visited the Gardens today and was really quite disappointed, the drive to the entrance is dangerous with some very deep potholes, the walkway from the entrance to the garden is wet and slippery and the gardens themselves in some places are extremely muddy and...More

This is our second visit here and thoroughly enjoyed our walk. The paths are well marked and the snow drops beautiful. We called into the cafe and enjoyed a hot chocolate in a lovely barn, the prices were very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.

Really beautiful woods and planted gardens. Perfect place to let the kids run off steam. And a gorgeous little cafe with a Woodburner and fresh scones. Nom Nom!!

Good opportunity to get the children together and learn the names of trees. Plenty of different walks and opportunity to have a picnic. Take the opportunity to stop in Evenley as it’s a pretty Village. £5 entry per adult, children under 12 free.

The planting of clumps of lily martagon with their colourful reflexed flowers and climbing roses amongst many specimen trees creates interest with the stream running through giving movement. The seats provide a place to listen and see the many bird species.
