Decided to pinic at the park for the evening and it was fun. After eating we decided to walk the pier. Stopped to take pics of the sunset and see the driftwood moving on the waves. It was pretty and enjoyed the visit.

Good equip for the kids and large area for walking, playing, etc. No charge might be crowded in the summer. Across from the city fishing pier

Stopped here to walk the pier. Brings back lots of memories. Great place to show your roots! My family loved the stories about summer camp and all the things we did as kids.

Much improved over the years and remains a great place to spend a Sat or Sunday afternoon. Lots of shade or lay out on the beach or fish off the pier.

Wasn't quite what I was expecting but it just OK. You have to park across the road and walk to the tiny strip of beach. There is a pier there that you can fish from. The water looked awful, dirty and uninviting. If you have...More
