Worth a visit, 30 mins. Mainly ancient Greek artifacts and a local painter. Highlight was a Corinthian oil lamp from 100 A.D.

We were expecting to see displays/info on the history of the University but found that that was not the case. They at the time had displays of a contributor to the university. Still interesting enough. Staff was very friendly & informative.

The University of Mississippi Museum is outstanding in every respect. They have a very nice collection and they nave a wonderful focus on education. We use it for special events that involves external colleagues to show it off. A must see in Oxford.
