I take the train down from Illinois quite often. Dad and I drove down this time and my sister and I took dad to see where I arrive at. It's a nice museum and the restored train is nice too. He enjoyed himself!

A nice little museum in this little town, also known for its connection with Bo Diddly, the founder of the Rock’nRoll genre.

The display is very nice but there is no tour to go on. It is a static historical display as is the station. It was a fun stop while we were passing through town.

There's not a lot to do in Mccomb, so I decided I would visit the railroad museum. I had a great time talking with the people and walking. I would suggest going especially if you have kids they would enjoy it.
