Small museum and upon first look passed it while driving. Lot of interesting Blues artist information to read though. Just as I came across the James "Son" Thomas and Pat Thomas exhibit, the latter walks in and says that's me! What a great treat to...More

Another stop on our Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area tour. This hidden gem is a small museum featuring several rooms full of artifacts, pictures, and personal accounts from local blues musicians. The main negative aspect was that when we were there the AC was not...More

$7 seems a bit steep for this museum but the building does need some help. Mostly memorabilia from minor local blues celebrities. The photographs by a local were fantastic. I'm hoping to contact him to buy some prints.

Been to a few in the area but not this one. Very kind worker, great exhibits and history. Unique art pieces. They have all the posters available from beginning!

Nice museum that covers a lot of different blues musicians. It's not very big but they do cover a lot. Some of it needs some updating of information and refreshing some of the displays. But still nice and glad we stopped in.

Stopped into the Highway 61 Blues Museum and who sits down to play some blues? Pat Thomas. We're wandering through the collectibles and history, the posters and the old instruments, all the while listening to one of the greats, award winning Pat Thomas, playing live,...More
