We took our two grandsons aged 11 and 13 and two of their friends to Bounce during the recent school holidays. They had a fantastic time with a great variety of activities. I was particularly impressed with the young staff members who were stationed at each activity. They interacted well with the children and were diligent with their supervision. their were two other adults in our group who agreed that the supervision was excellent. I would not hesitate to take them to Bounce again.

Had a fabulous afternoon here yesterday. Two teenagers aged 13 & 16 had the best time with the two hour pass. The kids loved the variety of jumping equipment and said the amount of trampolines available meant there was very little queue time. We especially liked how cleaning of equipment was a priority each hour. Great value, great fun, highly recommend.

We booked this early being school holidays so we did it two weeks prior. It is very organised and well priced. We had a group of 11, and after 10 the price dropped from $17 to $13.50 per person for an hour session. The socks you need (and keep) are $2 each. I found vouchers in the newspaper so I got them free. There is an area to sit and watch up stairs or you can walk around down stairs and take photos. My kids and their cousins ages ranged from 6 through to 15 (my sister jumped too). Everyone had a great time. A great indoor activity when it is cold and raining outside.

This used to be a great place to come, but lately greed seems to have taken over. There are way to many kids compared to activities which means they spend 50% of the time standing around waiting to be allowed to use the trampolines.
Several large groups of school kids who were crowding all the other kids out.
Bounce really should be doing much better than this - it’s the whole point of booking; so you can manage the numbers.I understand the temptation to push more kids into the place than it can handle to increase profits, but it’s dishonest and unethical unless you’re clear with patrons when they buy tickets a large amount of time will be spent standing around.

We paid a premium for Bounce to host the Birthday party for our daughter, we shouldn't have. They were very poorly organised and communications from the front desk was confusing and unhelpful when we arrived. While the lady organising the groups for the party rooms, turned up 10 minutes late with our party host, and did not have the information in her info pack that we had already conveyed about a dietary requirement for one of the kids. We informed her/Bounce again, but the information was ignored again and the required dietary food didn't arrive for the child, who then had to wait around ~15 minutes for her food to arrive after all the others had eaten. Not good enough. The children had a good time, and the host was friendly, but save your money and host yourself or find another place to have a party.

I am very disappointed today. My sister was at the place with me for a few minutes and hurt her knee while jumping. On the clip(video I took)it shows nothing as the cause, but I’m sure it could be the balancing of the trampoline.
After the impact, the people there tried to help, but had no first aid experience. We were even given a compression band by one of the staff after asking . The guy asked to even bring it back(what kind of place has no first aid equipment!!!?) The only thing they had was crutches🙄. And the only thing they could do was give me gift cards.
I have attached a clip to prove this. And this really needs to be looked upon ASAP!!

We had our sons 13 th birthday party on Feb 18th. Way too hot and could not bear it.Very worried for the kids on the trampoline. Also bottle of water from the shop up in cafe and it was warm from the fridge .

Awesome! Fantastic fun time with more trampolines one could imagine.
There are two areas; one for children and another for adults and teens. There is also a jumping basketball court.
Can get quite busy in the afternoon so if you have little kids, best to go in the morning.

Parking is good, the facilities are in good condition and the place is clean.
An hour is enough time to try all the equipment and have a good go. Plus, it is exhausting.
Suitable for visiting with friends or solo.
I have visited bounce twice. The first time I visited my friends said that the staff were rude and didn't encourage guests to bounce or try anything. I didn't really agree, BUT on my second visit I can see what they are talking about.
The staff were really rude. I wasn't given a student rate (2pm Monday session) because I didn't have the 2015 "sticker" on the back of my student card. I explained that I had been to uni prior to visiting Bounce and they accepted my card for all transactions without the sticker. I then preceded to show my 4 other current types of proof of concession including a government concession card...all denied. In addition, I offered to bring my proof of enrolment or timetable up on my phone to prove I'm a student currently attending uni. This was rudely rejected. I would have walked out then and there but my friend had already paid and had been looking forward to Bounce all day.
We could not understand what the person on the loudspeaker as saying.
The staff just stood around talking amongst themselves or bouncing. My friend and I tried doing a basic front flip that we have done many times before and were discouraged to try again. How are people suppose to improve? We landed them, just not perfectly.
It would be good if they had a large timer or clock so bouncers can see how long remains of their session and new guests are aware of when they will start.
I don't think it was worth the money and it will take a lot for me to go back.

Have taken the kids twice these holidays - they absolutely love it. We have been to a couple of trampoline places, but this one is a definite favourite of theirs.
I booked and paid online days before going. I don't think you would want to risk just turning up, as it gets very busy. We got there for the first session each time. I must admit, I nearly booked them a second hour on the first booking - but very glad I didn't. They were exhausted after the hour session. We were there on one of our 40+ degree days - but it was still pleasant inside.
It was fabulous for me. They were happy, and I was able to order a nice coffee from the shop.
Bounce is a really big area, which caters for all ages. The staff were great - they all had so much enthusiasm & got involved with helping kids, and organising a limbo competition on the day we were there.
I really do hope they branch out into the Northern Suburbs - but for the time being, we are quite happy to drive the 90 minute round trip to go. It really is worth the visit. The kids will have a ball. Mine do!

For my kids 1 and a half hours is the perfect amount haha 1 hour goes too quick but 2 hours is a little bit too long....sorry not very helpful 😆
