The skiing here has been great so far this season. Some warm weather has threatened the snow, but the staff know how to handle the warm days to help keep the snow on the runs as long as they can. With a winter blizzard moving through the Coffee Mill area today, the ski conditions will be amazing this Saturday!! They... More

This place is so much fun!! We took our 3 year old for her birthday and she didn't want to quit. Shout out to Missy for the great lessons. Our daughter was on the ski lift and even went down the hill by herself a few times. The slopes are great, very fast. Worth the trip, we will definitely be... More

From beginner to expert Coffee Mill has it all! Grooming is done before opening so you can carve sweet turns all day long. Beautiful views of the Mississippi and Wabasha. The Coffee Cafe has good food and low prices, grilled fresh out of the Weber grill on weekends. Senior and Military Discount, if you need them with the lowest ticket... More

We live near Minneapolis and were looking for a place to get away and ski - and a lower key experience since we don't ski. We had a great lesson from Missy to get started and the setup is conducive to beginners and children. I'm not an expert on ski hills but the slopes had some variety and character for... More

Run by amateurs and was hardly ever open when it was, in years past but this year they didn't even bother opening at all for the season, despite already selling season passes. Another ski place in Welch MN , a long drive , has worked out an agreement to honor the already sold season passes at coffee mill but what... More

Wonderful Ski Resort in the Mississippi Valley. Great for families, kids ski free this year with a paid adult. Pricing is very reasonable compared to other area hills. Two chairlifts and a new tubing area. Coffee Mill offers lessons with very competent instructors at a reasonable rate. The new Snowmakers Lounge has Surly on tap! along with other regional craft... My daughter and I set out to ski smaller ski areas in the upper mid-west and loved Coffee Mill. A great mix of easier to very difficult runs. Skied at night and it was well lit. Prices are good and we will ski here again.

We had a group of 10 who have not been skiing since we were all in middle school (20+ yrs), so we all signed up for the 50 minute ski lesson or snow board lesson. Can I tell you our instructor was AWESOME! She taught us the important pizza and french fry moves! Well after the instruction time, we were... More

I did ski there and enjoyed it. Now I watch the grandchildren and the lodge is great. No place to by food and no bar however.
