Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great time had by the kids, had the place pretty much to themselves. Good value, after their allocated time they were pretty much exhausted.

I can't believe the staff at the front is asking the $5 extra for "supervising" fees. The staff said it was only when it gets busy not school days... it was 4pm and they were barely any people there. The price isn't even listed on their wall or the sign in the venue either.

Parents are there to help the staff and look after kids NOT to have fun. It is the facility's responsibility to have sufficient supervision for kids. We are there to help and make their life easier but we get charged for that... We are not jumping and not allowed to jump. And it costs $5 just to be allowed to take care of our own kids!!!

If you cannot afford to hire enough staff on the ground to look after the kids then just cut down the number of kids allowed in!!! Putting insufficient number of staff on ground to cut down cost, as well as charging parents for taking care of their own kids are just the most greedy and nasty way of making money!!!

Aren't you that desperate for money???

This place really needs to look at well run park to understand what they are doing wrong. There are signs around the place with their “rules” but it’s obvious that the signs mean nothing. Kids run around in the cafe area line crazy people while staff just ignore them. Random kids run onto trampolines when other people are jumping. Safety???? Supervision consists of some disinterested people who spend all their time watching the screen on their phones.
My advice is to stay well clear of the place.

Lots of fun for all age groups as it’s a large area with different types of trampolines even a ninja area for older kids food and drinks available you can’t take your own food in only water but there is a choice of hot food and cakes spent a couple of nice hours there and the staff were all very good

This is a good activity for keeping school children busy in the school holidays. Prices are too high and expensive.

Arrived for an hour session, with 4 y.o & 6y.o, staff were attentive and ensured the children remained safe and could get out of the air pillow. As a parent I was able to watch from a few different vantage points inside. Certainly less crowded than a previous visit last year. Session times start every 30mins which may have contributed to less of a rush.
Cafe was a disappointment, staff seemed inexperienced, coffee took for ever.....(and when you have 2 young kids in the trampoline section unsupervised every minute seems like an hour) Food choices were dissapointed and no real healthy choices.
$5 for a coffee was no biggy, but the quality wasn't there, lolly bags were generic branded rubbish, water was $3.00 and from Costco??? Lucky we went for the trampolining, if the cafe was done right they'd rake it in!!!

Apparently “No self catering” doesn’t just mean bday parties. I just rocked up with my salad and was told to sit outside and eat it 😳. So here I am 😂. Can’t fault the staff, they were very polite but seriously management? I don’t believe for a second that is legislated. Rant over

What a fantastic place for the kids (or anyone really) to get a bit of a work out while having fun. Grip socks are a must for the one hour sessions and are available for purchase with you session fee. If you or the kids need a break, there are arcade style games around the area as well as a reasonable cafe style refreshment area. Staff are helpful if not overly friendly. Good value and great activity.

There are so many different areas for different age groups such as football, dodgeball, basketball and a large area for flipping and jumping. There is food and drinks availible on site and a place to sit for adults. My first thought was that 1 hour wouldn't be enough for my kids but by the end they were exhausted.

Clean, busy, well organised trampoline factory play site. Lots of different places to boing fir all ages. Well supervised by staff. After purchasing an entry pass you gave to wait for the session to begin...on the hour. Grip sicks are a must and can be purchased for $3 from the front desk. Staff very friendly snd helpful. $20 for a hour if extreme bouncing including socks. Great value.
