Went here as a family and we all enjoyed it. Tour guide knew lots of information and was happy to answer all of our questions. The yard was beautiful to look around on as well.

The property was developed by the family of doctors who created and ran the Mayo clinic. The house is fantastic and tells a great story. Worth a visit

The house is open for tours, however, tours must be scheduled. The house is beautiful and the scenery is great.

A fascinating look at an unusual family's life style. The support structure of the family and house has been well preserved. Of particular interest was the working area of the house. The guides are very well trained and love their work.

I'm not sure. Contact Olmsted county historical society. There is a good place to rent nearby, called the mayowood stone barn. It's used for events and weddings.
