Very large scenic part of the Mississippi river. Best observed from a boat on the lake itself. Always wildlife around the lake including bald eagles.

If you're in southeastern Minnesota for any reason, make a quick trip to Lake Pepin. Even a drive around the lake or renting a boat to enjoy the day, is fantastic. The scenery is most excellent, and Fishing is incredible.

What a pretty lake this is.... Fun place to pop over and see if you are in the Red Wing area. The tour boat was not up and running yet, but will for sure come back and do this.

Have stayed at Camp Lacupolis and at hotels in small towns along both the MN and WI sides of Lake Pepin. It is truly a beautiful area. There are many places to stop to eat, shop at flea market and antique stores, fish, boat, etc....More
