Lots of reptiles

Good place to bring kids in winter-warm inside and they can be eye to eye with many different types of reptiles and amphibians.

Overpriced, basically a warehouse with some homemade tanks. Feel bad for the poor animals. High school girl gave a presentation and knew what she was talking about and was good with young kids. Kids got to touch a snake and baby alligator. Just a weird, backyard zoo ambiance. I wouldn't go back.

We went here in the summer and it was hot in there and a little smelly but hey it's a reptile and amphibian zoo, what do you expect :) We had a lot of fun here. They do demonstrations and let you touch an alligator, a snake and a turtle. My husband and I paid the extra $10 to have... More

This is a unique collection of reptiles. The shows were informative and fun. Not an "all day" attraction but definitely worth the trip!

Petting a snake, or watching an Alligator open it's mouth, is so much fun. This attraction makes everyone giggle...really. Go across from the Holiday Inn Motel....across the Interstate to find this gem... Surely it is not something you will encounter very often...staff if informative and friendly...go....go now!

We just renewed our membership care. It had been a little while since we had been here so there were quite a few things including a small shark and a kookaburra. The staff there are more than happy to answer any questions you have about the animals. Today I learned that over half of the animals there used to be... More

The RAD Zoo wasn't quite what I expected as it's more of a large warehouse, and while we went on a very hot day, our kids still had a great time looking at the alligator, caimans and various snakes and lizards. We did as well, but I couldn't help but wonder if the animals really had enough room - especially... More

We visited as a family with our 3 year old and 10 month old. My daughter was very excited and kept asking to pet everything (including the 700 lb alligator). In the end they let her hold a decent sized snake. She was ecstatic! I noticed that most of the animals were donated or taken from homes that could no... More

The place is horrible, the animals are in a shoe boxes, big alligators/caiman/crocodiles in a such small containers make me feel seek. the few birds in small cages, an anaconda in a fish tank. The show is just watch as the crocodiles are eating a piece of chicken and the snakes dead mice. In 20' you are done. Do not... More

My wife and I brought our two year old and we had a lot of fun. It took us about an hour and a half to see all the reptiles. The staff was so friendly. They brought out a turtle, alligator, and snake for our daughter to pet. It also wasn't very crowded on a Saturday morning. Overall, I would... More
