Pretty neat to see, even if it was 'raining cats and dogs' while we were there and had to watch through the windshield from our vehicle. German music can be lively and that's what I anticipated. We also expected to hear the bells which didn't...More

We came in to town for a family function and wanted to stop and see the Glockenspiel. Haven't seen it for several years which was way before TripAdvisor. It's a unique thing if your looking for something different. The clock plays daily at noon,3pm and...More

While enjoying a historical educational adventure in New Ulm, Minnesota, we found a fun and perfect place for a quick rest, pausing to await the ringing of the Glockenspiel. We enjoyed the special seats that surround the clock sipping on beverages we packed for the...More

It's a pretty neat little spot. Fun to watch and hear the Glockenspiel chime. There's a little area right next to it where you can sit on benches and enjoy lunch or just sit and enjoy the day. It's pretty close to a few different...More

After searching high and low, we finally found it. Once there, is very interesting side-stop. Would not go just for it. It is in the older part of New Ulm, so there were many shops to visit on the same street.

We had to kill time for a couple hours to catch it playing, but it was cool to see (albeit a bit long at 10 minutes). I liked that signage explained the meaning behind each of the figures and the story behind the glockenspiel. Side...More

We stopped and watched the show this past weekend. It is a nice setting with information posted nicely. It does take about ten minutes and it is pretty loud...but it is a unique activity and we enjoyed it. I am not sure I would want...More
