Wonderful place to shop, eat and buy ingredients from various cultures, all in one location. Lots of prepared food restaurants and a couple markets that provide produce that you don't always find without visiting several different ethnic markets.

The smells were delectable! Do you like Moroccan, Middle Eastern food, or you need a Jack Fruit, it's all available here. If you need a purse, clothes, some Mexican food, it's all here. My favorite was the Holy Land store. It's an easy bus ride from the Mall of America on the 5.

Chefs of all ethnicities cook dishes of their heritage. We tried a 97% lean camel burger and Syrian tea. We browsed and shopped for scarves, purses and souveniers. Fun time just exploring different cultures. Stop at Dar Medina to meet the nicest man who offered us hot tea while chatting and shopping his handcrafted in Morocco goods.

The idea of the market is great but, while in a big building, the stands are just a few and with not to much variety. Even on a sunny day the indoors was dark and a little run down. There are several food offers but I tried some Mexican food and it was not good. Besides, I paid restaurant prices... More

As an out of town visitor, I almost always make it to midtown global market. Friendly food sellers and quality fresh ingredients - hard to go wrong anywhere. Some of the goods could use a bit of an upgrade but overall a great place to eat and walk around.

Not as big as global markets in some other cities, but this global market features a wide variety of shops and restaurants from many cultures. Clean, modern, and safe, the market is full of activity. Great lunch stop if you are visiting someone at nearby Abbott Northwestern Hospital, about a 10 minute walk away. Free parking is available with a... More

Wander through the market and pick from the cuisine of restaurants from around the world..be adventurous! We loved Mannys Tortas, Swedish coffee and hazelnut pastry. Shop for dinner or gifts in the market. A Minneapolis treasure.

The mid town global market has been around for a few years now and continues to grow. It's full of fun little kiosk/stall shops that sell art, clothes, beauty products, food, with an international theme. You can eat food from several different countries and most of it is very authentic. I like to go there for food and to pick... More

Midtown Global Market has a lot of food vendors for multiple cultures. I've never had bad food from here. If you are looking for food items and ingredients there isn't as many options. Mainly just one main shopping area. They do have little vendors selling clothes items.
