This is frequently a weekend event for us. If you want amazing fresh produce, squeaky fresh cheese curds, lovely floral arrangements, baked goods and a place to shop for unique items, then this is the place for you! One of my absolute favorite vendors is...More

I routinely go to farmers markets wherever I am, but this one is close to the top of the list. The variety is great - some prepared foods - like dumplings which were yummy, fresh flowers, breads, clothing, vegetables - a lot to look at....More

This is a fun atmosphere and fun to see all the goods out for sale. We got some cucumbers that went horribly bad within 24 hours, but I don't hold it against the market. Also a great place to watch people.

This year we visited on a weekday. It was very different, much easier to park (we parked much closer), and much better for using a stroller (there are ramps in the center of each row). Large bunches of herbs were $1. Plenty of vegetables and...More

We stop every chance we can when in Minneapolis. Great deals and very fresh fruits, vegetables, and meat. We tend to stock up on green beans to freeze for the winter.

Parking is not impossible. Free parking is usually available under the bridge. It may be a short walk though. This place is very popular & has been around for decades. We usually arrive at 11AM on Saturday. Under the awning, the trucks pull up to...More

Love going to the market to get my mini cucs for pickles! Everyone is so nice and prices aren't that bad. Good place to get some lunch while shopping.

Last Thursday, we went to the location at Government Center. There weren't too many vendors. However, the strawberries and raspberries were delicious. On Sunday, we went to the Lyndale location. There were tons of vendors. We purchased strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, potatoes, tomatoes and string...More

Minneapolis has numerous Farmers Markets. This was a wonderful Farmers Market but the horrible parking makes me want to go to the any number of other ones in the suburbs before this one again. Getting there at 6 am may solve this!

Farmers always seek out the farmers markets. Visited on a Friday morning. Things were slow. Not many vendors. Nice selection on fresh flowers, bedding plants, and potted plants. Enjoyed talking with the man selling Wisconsin cheese. Most produce appeared to be locally grown.

They are all there on Saturday and Sunday. Some offer some great deals on Sunday around 1 or 2 to get rid of some of their goods.
