If you go through security in the C tower and go to the law library on the 24th floor you get a great view of the Vikings stadium and surrounding area.

As other reviewers have said, this really isn't a tourist spot but a place to conduct government business. That being said, if you happen to be in downtown Minneapolis during spring/summer, the plaza with its fountain facing city hall is a nice spot to sit...More

I met a friend here. It is conveniently located if you have business to conduct. Nothing too special architecturally, although the public space on the 2nd level is spacious and pleasant.

Great place to get what you need done. Friendly people once you get past the security system and metal detectors. Large spaces, one-stop shop. Beautiful building.

Not easy to find your way around, especially restaurants. Have to walk a ways to get the bus. Grandmas was great.

The folks working there were less than helpful. I dread doing anything in Hennepin county. Every other county I work in is far more accomodating and user friendly.

Does everybody at HCGC work in a closet? It would sure seem so from the outside looking in. There also seems to have been a lot of thought in making this a monument to Hennepin and the city council at the time and little to...More
