Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went to the Timberwolves-Grizzlies game. Good arena to take in a basketball game. Mobile tickets on the app. It is essential to figure out how to navigate the app for mobile orders, otherwise lines are long. App also provides option for food and drinks to be delivered to your seat. Would definitely recommend figuring out how to navigate the app or ask guest services for help. Can avoid lines and actually watch the game.

Our family of 4 (parents and 2 teen daughters) loved seeing the MN Lynx play here. We are from out of town and needed lots of directions to find seats, vending, bathrooms, etc. and everybody working at this venue was so kind and helpful. The venue is clean and easy to navigate. The skill of these athletes is amazing! Half time shows, the mascot and the DJ made the breaks fun. I encourage you to take your family and support the athletes of the WNBA Lynx!

It was a really nice place. Nice staff mostly. Almost got plowed down by two employees talking and not paying attention. They didn’t apologize. It was clean and we enjoyed our night. They did open the doors late though. They opened after 6:05. I was disappointed that you couldn’t take iPads in though.

The place has very poor entrances and exits. It takes 20 minutes to get in if there’s a crowd. It is fully air-conditioned and some parts. The prices at the concessions are outrageous. They won seven dollars for a bottle of water and $14 for a beer. I was not impressed with the building and I’ve been a much better venues than this. I guess if you want to go here for a particular event expect to overpay for everything and just come early.

We attended the first Iowa game of the Big Ten women!s tournament. E Perone knew I. Can e that this was going to be a complete sellout. Tip-off was 5:40. We arrive at the Arena at 5:10 and did not get to our seats until 6:64, 6 minutes into the game. In between, we walked the entire skywalk system in Minneapolis, a did the entire crowd. No explanation was provided. It kept me from buying more tickets and returning. Can!t believe that they had never had a sell-out before and did t know how to deal with the crowds.

I've only been to the Target Center twice both times to see concerts. The two concerts were probably 10 years apart. 10 years ago I had a nosebleed seats, not good. This time I was in section 131 near the bottom, which turned out to be really nice seats. I saw the Dead and Company and had a great view of the stage and Jumbotrons. Do your drinking before you get there because beer is like $12.

I do like the fact that this arena is larger and the seating is better than most. I did not feel cramped in the seats and it's easy to get to with lots of parking and public transportation. I like the fact that you can park in one of the garages and use the skywalk. As for the concert, the sound was perfect and the seating in section 131 gave us a great view.

We came for a Lynx game. It was a great game and there were tons of food options (although the brat was just ok...). My only complaint is the temperature. It was a hot day, but it was steamy inside. We were uncomfortably hot throughout the game. The seats are also a little tight, but better than X-cel center! Bathrooms were plentiful without long waits.
