Well known for its views over Minneapolis which were good, it has an interesting history well explained at the small museum on the floor below the viewing platform. As a small group of 6 we managed to do a deal on the entry price, without...More

The Foshay Tower Observation Deck and Museum was one of the best surprise we discovered this summer. It is on the National Register of Historical Places and a gem of an Art Deco Masterpiece. Its history is pretty awesome as well.

What I like about the Foshay Tower is the history of the building and the architecture. Head inside for a trip up to the bar with amazing views and a great local story of the Prohibition which is the name sake.

It is open to the public. We paid $10 a person to go up. I believe that hotel guests go up for free.
