We stopped here 18 years ago when we drove the circle tour, so stopped again this fall when we repeated our trip. I don't remember it being so touristy. I did enjoy walking through the logging camp and reading the signs on the buildings and...More

We did not see the museum. I did go into the store and I did not know you could put so much stuff in one store. I would recommend just checking out the store even if you are not going to buy anything. So many...More

This place was supposed to be a North Shore must see. What a let down. Logging camp set up was a complete waste of time, especially for kids. Among other things, they have an electric chair in one of the buildings and a gravity house....More

The people running the logging camp were some of the friendliest that you will ever meet. Lots of old logging items and a settlement of where the workers lived and worked.

It's a fun way to spend a couple hours, and there's animals for the kids to feed. Not exactly a "must see," but an interesting look at the logging history of the area.
