Yes they do serve wine but we were on the early train. So I opted for a cream soda which I haven't had in years. All that and a bag of chips! I believe you could bring your own anything and no one would care.

It can vary by trip, they have anywhere from 90 minutes to all day. The pizza and dinner train that we did leaves at 6:30 and is back around 9 pm. If you look on the website it shows the different run times.
