We didn't realize the tower was locked until we reached it. While we would have loved to climb the tower, the view from the base is spectacular and we are glad to have trekked up the hill.

This is a beautiful park! It is free entry. There is a gazebo overlooking the lake, a paved path to the tower where you can climb 4 flights to the top for a spectacular view of the city. There are restrooms and lovely flower gardens....More

We try to go to Enger tower whenever we visit Duluth. The flower garden is beautiful and the views are amazing. Bring a picnic lunch!!
