I tried for a week to nail down a birthday party. We went the 29th. Only open from 11:00-3:00. The chlorine was unbearable. We had Dairy Queen food credit for the birthday party. Since it was their last day to be open for a while they were out of soft drink syrup and didn't refill so we got charged water.... More

We had a great time until the crowds came. Attended on a Saturday and arrived early. We had a great time until the crowd came. I truly feel they oversold this attraction. There wasn't a tube or raft to be had and the lines were stupid long. Make sure you pick your day carefully or be ready to wait.

The waterpark is fun, food is expensive but would rather do the water park at ValleyFair. However, for the weather being in the 40's as of late and mid winter this is a good alternative. Kids had a blast but would say not a total thrill.

We brought our son here for a short "staycation" with his best friend, staying one night. I want to start off by saying, every staff member was very pleasant and helpful. But the overall impression is that this is an out-dated place that needs serious refreshing. The water park itself is very fun although again, consistent with our experience overall... More

This was our first visit and our daughter was super pumped to go. When we got there, very early to buy tickets, the day passes had already been sold out online. We wasted all morning waiting around and couldn't even get in. The staff at the counter were very unhelpful, even after I explained that we were new. When we... More

We purchased half day passes and there were no lines. It was her first visit and with no lines we were worn out long before the passes expired!

Stayed at the Radisson which is connected to waterpark. Very nice waterpark, but if busy hard to find a table to sit & put your stuff. Seemed clean, kids & grandkids sure enjoyed it. Different prices if staying in hotel or not.
