Depot Town is a few blocks just off of the Huron River in Ypsilanti, Michigan. It is full of small shops, services, and restaurants. Some of the restaurants have live music. The auto museum is also a draw to Depot Town. Several celebrations are held in the area during the warmer months but the lights during the winter holidays are... More

We came to this cute area to go to the auto museum. We also walked to explore the many little shops and restaurants such as Sidetrack and Aubrees. The area offered ample parking for our visit.

We were in town visiting our kids and wanted to get out of the house for a while and decided to check out this area. We enjoyed strolling along and going in all the little shops lining the streets. There was a nice little car show going on while we were there. The grandkids had fun running around the area... More

The area is only a block long with a few stores and restaurant. We were there mid week. Perhaps the weekend would have more action.

Depot town is an historic area in Ypsilanti near the railroad tracks. There are lots of cute little shops and restaurants that serve delicious food. During the summer there is also a very nice farmers market. Definitely check out Depot Town when you are in Ypsi!

There is a great amalgam of restaurants in Depot Town. Sidetracks stands tall on the southeast corner with Frenchies attached. It is a great bistro that serves top of the heap burgers. Across the street is toe original Aubries, now a chain per se. serving their special pizza. New to the mix is Maiz a transplanted neuvo-Mexican restaurant. Hidden in... More

Great people. Nice bikes, Not too loud. I enjoy traveling here just about every week. I usually will ride down with a few other riders. It is about a 30-45 minute ride. Stay clear of Maiz Mexican Cantina. Eat at Sticks or Aubree's Pizza.
