I often go to the library for DVD's and playstation games. Many new releases and they are free. The library has so much to offer the public, such as free computer use, magazines, books, children and teen resources, classes, free WiFi. There are 2 levels with elevator access. Check out is self serve with easy scanning. Of course there is... More

What's not to like? The library has a wide selection of different books, movies, etc. Clean and good place to spend an afternoon.

Great place to chill and relax reading a good book while drinking a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Large selection of material and plenty of space to find an area out of the way if solitude is your desire. Give it a try.

This is a great place to take out movies for free. And since it's district library, you can take them out here and return them at one of the other libraries. The Kingsley branch puts the MPAA rating right on the spine so you don't have to take it off the shelf to find that info out

This library has many selections to choose from. It is family friendly and has nice, quiet seating, overlooking the Bosrdman River. In order to check out books, one must have a valid ID of residency, within the Traverse City area.

Attractive building, beautiful grounds, ample parking, helpful staff, good information technology. The gift shop has some neat stuff, but I haven't tried their coffee. The audio-visual department is very well stocked, as is pretty much everything else. The staff is well-qualified to assist in all your information needs. This would be an impressive library in a city ten times the... More

This would be a great place to go on a rainy day to hang out for a while. They have lots of seating (comfortable) upstairs with great views of the Boardman River. They have a nice selection of newspapers and magazines to while away the time. Also a good children's department. Parking can be a problem. It's way too popular... More
