The Water Table was the main attraction for our kids. They loved playing in the water, however, the table is pretty big it is pretty small in the scheme of things when there is a birthday party or other visitors. They don't make much for kids under 2. There is a small area to have pretend play in under the... More

This "museum" is located outside of town - it seems rather disjointed - tries to appeal to all ages but not many age-appropriate activities for the younger crowd. It was rather dirty - I couldn't wait to get out of there!

Great stop for us on a rainy day. Site was clean, with lots of education on local history. Overall location was small, but plenty of running room on a busy day. Our 4 year old had a blast, our 7 year old enjoyed it but was ready to go much quicker. Overall I'd say it's a solid 2 hours of... More

We brought our 4 year old and 15 month old here on a hot July day. It's small but has plenty to keep the kids busy. Both of our kids loved the giant water table the best. Lots of cute activities to keep little ones busy for a few hours on a hot or rainy day.

This museum is clean and quaint. There is nothing wrong with it, however it is made for kids about 5 and under. Toddlers mostly I would say. Price is $7 for ages 1 and up.

We were here during Cherry Fest and expected crowds but that was not the case. This place has everything for preschoolers and older kids as well. Our 2 year old grandson especially loved the water table and I noticed older kids fascinated by directing the water flow. There is a boat to steer and a helicopter to climb into. Our... More

We recently visited the GLCM with or grandchildren, ages 7 & 4. We had heard so much about it. We were greatly disappointed. Not only was it smaller with less activities but I would say it is just a pre-schoolers play house. Do not take older children there. It is a "baby-sitting" place - and think that we had 3... More

It is small, but there is plenty to do. We were there for about 3 hours and our 5 year old granddaughter had a ball playing throughout the museum. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
