I'm quite surprised at others rating this anything less than 5 stars. It really is an exceptional place with activities open year round for all ages. A few things you should not miss: 1- Santa Claus at Christmas Town 2- Maple Syrup Festival 3- Free Bird Shows 4- Nearly 20KM of Hiking Trails 5- The Reservoir (hidden, quite hard to... More

This is an educational conservation area with great customer service and the best pancakes, obviously topped with maple syrup. Family friendly and great location. Go see the raptors and farm animals and learn all about maple production!

Mountsberg is an awesome place to visit. The trails are great for hiking (and for tiring out the small dogs)(don't bring the dogs along the raptor hike though, the birds don't like them). The maple syrup festival is awesome as well. Although it's crazy busy on March break. I love that you can purchase maple syrup on site as well.... More

My daughter loves coming here no matter what time of year it is. There's hayrides and a haunted house in the fall, there are hikes, animals, and best of all is the Wild Bird rescues. They give lots of information to educate the public about what they are doing, and the show is very good as well! Highly recommended.

I have been to the park quite a number of times over the last year since we purchased a pass. It is a great way to relax and watch the birds. We have also spent quite a few days out on the larger side of the resevoire kayaking and fishing. We had a special treat the one afternoon of a... More

I love going to Mountsberg at all times of the year but most specially for the Maple Syrup Festival. At Maple Towne, visitors will observe how sap is converted to maple syrup. There is also a shack where pancake breakfast is offered. Kids will enjoy the the horse-drawn wagon rides and the sweet goods for sale at Sugar Shack. There... More

Learn about the birds, see Eagles and Owls and other birds and take a lovely hike in the forest. A great place for kids to learn. There are even bison in the fields.

Came for Autumn and Halloween activities. I was impressed with all they had. Halloween activities included the haunted barn, face painting, coloring and crafts. Autumn activities included a hay fort and a tractor for pictures. We saw the raptor show and all the rescue birds. Rounded out the day at the observation tower, the play barn and setting the sheep.... More
