Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and told us about the boats and buildings on both the American side as well as the Canadian side. We went upstream in the Canadian locks which are now just for recreational boats. We went downstream in the MacArthur...More

A 2 hour narrated boat tour. Inside and outside seating. Restrooms and refreshments available. Go up river through American lock, ride under the international bridge, ride by a working iron mill, back through the Canadian lock. Pleasant ride. Great narration.

The two hour trip went through the US locks and returned through the Canadian locks (you do not need a passport for this trip, as you do not debark in Canada). The guide pointed out cargo ships and freighters within view, told about their cargo...More

The boat tour is the best way to understand the importance of this area. I went to the Visitor Center observation platform first, which I think helped me realize the vastness of what I was going to see. Up through the American locks, back through...More

Thank you for your 5 star review of our boat tours. Many wonders to see on the tour.

The boat ride begins in the American locks and returns through the Canadian locks. The locks are very different. The narration was informative and we covered quite a distance. They have snacks and a restroom on the boat. They also have lunch and dinner cruises.

This is a 2 hour tour that goes through the locks and everything is explained. You will go up close to the freighters if there any out in the water.

Good 2-2.5 hours with a nice overview of the area. While you don't cover a huge area, and might spend 20-30 minutes waiting for a spot to get into the locks, it is a neat experience. I rode on the bow, so I could get...More

We are glad you enjoyed the boat cruise. Yes, it is a good idea to bring a jacket, if you plan on being on the upper deck, especially in the fall season. Thank you for your tips and your Five Star Review.
