Great place, and wonderful location on the shore of Lake Huron.

Camping, Biking, Boating, and hiking all are in peak form in this state park. Make sure you have your Parks Sticker on your licence plate.

What a nice camping experience. This is a very peaceful state park. Our site was clean, spacious, and quiet. What more so you want? This park also has a nice sand beach on Lake Huron. Would definitely make this a destination again.

I believe this is one of Michigan's older State Parks, so it does seem to be a little more "tired" than a lot of other State Parks. But the setting on Lake Huron is beautiful and the employees seem to keep the place up as best as possible. I think it would probably be improved if they came in and... More

Absolutely beautiful park! The beach was small because the water is higher, but there is a sandbar not too far from shore. We were there just before the Nautical Fest. There was lots to do in Rogers City, it's a great town! Friendly people!

The ranger was nice and the showers were got with great pressure. The beach was a decent walk from camp but they had a fairly new play ground area for children. There are quite a few trails and the beach is long and clean

I grew up traveling to State Parks throughout Michigan, and I had never heard of this one, but stumbled upon it when researching our trip to the 40 mile point light house. I'm so glad we stopped here. It was one of the nicest beaches I have been too on the sunrise side!! Lake Huron was so clear!! We were... More

This state park was difficult to hike in because the black flies were biting when we walked to the beach. Those little suckers bite right through clothing.

Two visits now--lovely place, right on Lake Huron, with a nice little beach. Lots of tall trees and warblers. Near other trails and great shoreline drive.

Simply beautiful! The park is heavily wooded with just the right amount of sunshine peaking through. But it the beach that makes the trip here worth every mile driven. Soft, white sand, clear blue water to the horizon. Spectacular sunsets. #PureMichigan
