Went out of season so the ship/museum was not open. Still able to get some photos and take in the waterfront and the view.

We spent over an hour poking around this relatively small ship. The tour was very informative, don't miss it! I'm not sure that I would have wanted to be on this ship anchored in Lake Huron in a good storm!

Great tour enjoyable to adults and children in our family. Brought up things I would have never thought about i.e. seagulls nesting on top of lights on buoys and creative ways the problem was solved. We will go back when we are in the area.

We really didn't know much about a lightship but we learned a lot on our tour. Our tour guide was very good and loved the boat. Great tour, so glad we made it.

There is no parking directly for this lightship. Community parking is close. The fee to enter is $25 for a Family of 3 or more. This appears to be a little expensive for what you get from the tour rounds. There is no guided tour...More

Jerry was so knowledgeable and personable, he has truly found the best retirement job for him. The ship is a wonder to see as it’s really different than anything else we’ve seen before due to being a lighthouse. This tour was packed with fun facts,...More
