Visiting with family from the east coast, they were reminded of the towns of their home. Enjoyed the variety, the cute park, the good coffee & ambiance of the town. Even the post office was nice. Gorgeous flowers on every porch front.

Disappointed, empty stores and not much to see. More bars then anything else. The highlight was the hardware store! I would not waste my time to go here again!

From cute boutiques, art galleries, a general store and tons of restaurants, this town has it all. We spent a whole day here and could have stayed another day. We loved walking thru the downtown area and enjoyed the parks and the waterfront. Cannot wait...More

My group of 9 visited this town and we all really enjoyed it! My toddler loved the park, my niece and nephew loved the toy shop and gelato place and us adults enjoyed the shopping.

Yesterday, after a long weekend away, my wife & I returned home to Petoskey; and--tho' the sun wasn't shining much and the leaves were slightly past "peak color"--we greatly enjoyed the long drive from lower Michigan. It... More

Many tourists and residents of this area are people for whom this is a second home - many are from Chicago, or urban areas in lower Michigan. People in the area are fairly sophisticated and well traveled and I cannot imagine... More
