My wife and I loved camping here. All of the trees at the campground provided a great buffer between you and other campers. Bathrooms were clean but the water is very random temperature wise. Beach was beautiful. Will be definitely coming back.

Everything is here for the swimmer, hiker, skiier and anyone who enjoys the wonders of gorgeous wildlife. Easily one of the highlights of a trip to northern Michigan. Long, sandy beach too.

We drove up to Petoskey State park while staying in Boyne Mountain. On our drive along the shoreline we could see how pretty it was. It was similar to a Caribbean beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. We weren’t able to find any Petoskey...More

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about this state park or the entire town of Petoskey. From the restaurants to the people and the atmosphere it is a wonderful little town!

Yes. Obviously it’s sandy but there is a cement walkway near the concession stand.

I don’t think so. They aren’t very big at this park.
