An amazingly detailed and painted temple. The figures of Hindu mythology are a treat to see. A functional and busy temple that's definitely worth a look.

It's a religious Hindu kovil in trincomaleee. And there is a huge statue of God Shiva. When you walk around you can get beautiful sight scenes surrounded by the trinco town and the sea!

You can either travel by car, train or bus from Colombo to Trincomalee; better still if you can go on an organised tour! Also, private tours can be arranged via car or mini-bus through local travel agents or your hotel.
