We stayed for 2 nights in a room, there is also chalets available. This place needs some management and a lot of maintenance. The staff are not really very helpfull. The warm springs are great and there is a nice hiking trail. Breakfast very basic,...More

The last time we visited was over 20 years ago, just after the place was all but washed away in a flood. The indoor pool was empty, there was no outdoor pool and the hot spring was just a muddy hole near some reeds. Now...More

Ai-Ais was rather disappointing as the outdoor pool had no water. The shop had a limited stock. Scenery is beautiful and the rock formations in the area are awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful but not being able to swim (it was rather warm)...More

It is a long way to drive for nothing and not a lot interesting on the way, the hot spring is a trickle of water among a few stones surrounded by a concrete structure. There is a very shabby campsite, looks like it appeals to...More

The hot spring is something to see, but as a day visit only. The rest of the place is really not worth it. There is a lovely warm water pool outside, if it's working! And there are pools inside which are quite nice.

Wouldn't go as there is no water in the Hotsprings - might be better in the rain season but couldn't say.

Yes, the outside pool is in use and really beautiful. However, the pool's temperature was 24°C and would be much more enjoyable after dark. Sorry but we did not visit the camping area so do not know about power points.
