It was a very beautiful large park. Lots of green space, beaches, and trails. It was very clean and well maintained. A beautiful area.

Wonderful State park. Biking trails, lots of walking trails, you can fish etc. Even a petting zoo. Great for young children

Kensington Metropark is great, so much to do all year round. Nature center, Farm animals, swimming, spray park, biking, sledding, cross country skiing! If local definitely buy a metropark pass!

Kensington has so much to offer. From walking and bike trails to beaches with boat rentals, something for everyone. Beautiful, well maintained, safe park. I love our Metroparks!

They have it all, park, boating, swimming, biking, petting zoo, accessible food. It's really a beautiful place. Love the lake and the walking/bike trails.

I wouldnt call it clean. theres lots of sea weed, but many folks swim in it all the time. They do have showers and changing rooms.

Leash required. No pets allowed on any of the nature trails. on the west side of the park loop for obvious reasons...don't scare the wildlife. Also not allowed at the children's petting farm. The 8 mile asphalt path, picnic... More

Anywhere on the water. On land I would recommend the West Boat Launch area.
