The back of my property is bordered by a portion of the trail in Marquette Township. I preferred when it was a railroad track, but I have to say it is nice for people who like to bike. Snowmobilers make much use of it in...More

I went for several walks during my stay and loved that this trail was close to our hotel and such a nice trail! You walk right alongside the maritime museum and can look out at the old lighthouse. The trail is paved so you don't...More

Whether you want to bike 8 or 48 miles, this is your trail. The route heading west from Harvey is a climber, but you will earn the reward on your return. Trail is either hardpack crushed gravel or paved. Fine for all ages and level...More

We are locals and love the Iron Ore Heritage Trail. The nice thing about it is you can make your ride as long or as short as you like. At least once a month we make a day trip out of it (6-8 hours). Start...More
