Was in the Marquette area with a group of thirty and made all the scenic stops. Unbelievable views! I could spend a day up here just sitting and enjoying the peaceful area.

What kind of a park doesn't allow (leashed) dogs? As a result of the no dog rule, we drove the loop and quickly left. It's too bad as we had planned to spend a few hours exploring.

You must visit this place for an amazing sunset. Plus you get to see the Black Rocks. Can't describe the sunset, it's amazing.

There are some spectacular views of the shoreline above the bluffs. You have to get out of your car to see them. Lots of hiking trails and interesting sights

We happily spent two days exploring the park, watching iron ore boats load up, and wondering the beaches.

I don't know the answer to your question. We didn't check out renting kayaks or any other water toys.
