Beautiful day on the river Geese landing Turkeys and deer along the bank Even a black mink was seen! Unbelievable the numerous Bald Eagles Fishing along the river seen one fish heading for the nest. God's country for sure

If you want to see the "CATCH" of the day hang out at the marina of the Manistee River, you will be blown away at the size and amount of fish that are hauled in here.

Relax city, enjoy beautiful michigan lake, one small thing: do not have many fishing piers, overall, very quite peaceful place

Excellent walking around looking for Beach glass, just great walking down the beach so peaceful ! With a nice cigar from downtown manistee. Nice shopping

The walk a long the river is just beautiful. Very comfertable for every one to walk there including wheel chairs. An easy walk few yards from the centeral road of Manistee. The view is very very nice. Realy worth spending the time there. One hour...More
