We saw it from a variety of angles and drove over it as well. At McGulpin Pt you can learn a lot of the bridge and how it was built and it's strength in the wind. I find it interesting that the bridge does not...More

We drove over the Mackinac Bridge so that we could say we had been to the Upper Peninsula. St. Ignace was a little sleepier than Mackinaw City. But the views from the bridge were great!

When you travel up I-75, the first glimpse of the bridge is always amazing. We try to get there at least every two years to see what has changed. Visiting the cities on both sides and the Island are good too!

Amazing views of surrounding areas of the bridge. You have to go really slow because of the construction on the bridge but it's great because the drive lasts longer. It is $4.00 each way but a great deal. Really amazing experience nothing to be afraid...More

We crossed the bridge on our way to Canada. The view was spectacular. This was my first time driving across myself- a little scary.

It was a great experience traveling over this fantastic bridge. It was a beautiful sunny crisp fall day. The cost one way is $4.00 which seems reasonable enough.

Buddy and I rode our motorcycles over this, a first for both of us. Fun ride over this almost 5 mile bridge.

An annual Mac Pass that lets you use the express lanes is $10 to apply plus $80 in prepaid tolls for a tiotal of $90. Obviously you wouldn't want to do this for a one time visit but if you were going back and forth a lot it... More
