Old school ski jump!

It was a beautiful day and the view was incredible. Loved the fact that no one was around and we walk at our leisure. Would love to come back for the ski jumps and snow!

I've been coming to this area for years, I've been to Pine Mountain during the ski jumps, what a fun fun place! This time we actually were here during fall time, drove by to see the jump at this time of the year. What a beautiful view you can get at the top. I even went as far as to... More

My hubby and I hiked up this hill to see an old wooden ski jump. Also at the summit were noted history about skiers and a very nice war memorial. Definitely worth stopping by.

Our family has owned a cabin just outside Iron Mt. for more than 50 years. I have taken all my friends up to Pine Mt. and thoroughly enjoy their amazement at both the history of the ski jump, and how far you can see from the top!

It's been years since we visited the top of the hill at Pine Mountain ski jump. What a difference! The view is the same, awesome. But we now can enjoy a nice picnic shelter, veterans memorial, even bathrooms. Nice new steps on the landing with benches. Perfect place to bring company to show off our beautiful area!

We went to pine mountain, expecting to just drive up to the top, and climb the ski jump. There is no signs showing that this can be acomplished, so we parked the car and took the stairs. You will get a workout from these 500 stairs. They were kind enough to put in benches, and number each stair. When we... More

We visited Pine Mountain early in the day. Our plan was to visit the bottom, drive to the top for the view and then move on. However, once we were there the kids immediately started climbing the stairs so we ended up climbing the 500 steps to the top. It was well worth it, as the views were incredible and... More

We did not climb any of the stairs. Not the 500 to the top of the hill, and not the addition ones up the the jump. Not much to see if you don't climb the stairs. At least I assume it would be an inter sting view. We did not get out of the car.

Four of us had different things. All items were outstanding. Upfront salads were good size. Although our appetizer came out with the salad, we didn't feel rushed through the entire experience. They had great bread :). Will definitely go back here when we visit again.
