Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is one beautiful golf course! The fairways and greens were in excellent shape, lots of elevation changes throughout the course. It was challenging, yet fun to play with golfers of various skill levels. The golf carts were new, comfortable and had the most comprehensive GPS system we have ever seen. Great golf for a very reasonable price! Looking forward to the next time we play at Waters Edge. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Haven’t played here in a dozen years so wanted to revisit and see the changes by the new ownership. Be careful driving in to the course, heavy equipment and construction on access road, almost bottoming our undercarriage. Don’t know exactly what they are doing.
They have a couple brand new holes( 5 and 6 I believe)and a couple new greens with changed holes. The greens are nice and we had a good senior spring rate of $25 but all in all weren’t impressed and don’t think we will be back for a while if ever, too many other good courses in much better shape.

This course I believe used to be the Gerber Country Club. A bit worn facility wise but the course has lots of elevation changes and beautiful view of various lakes/ponds. It is a little difficult the first time you play it because of some blind shots but gets easier the second time. The course is in fair to good condition. We had a hot dog and a burger that was grilled outside at the turn which was nice. The course is a little tricky to find since my GPS took me the wrong way the first time. Overall, good value for the money spent.

A terrible experience. Bought a golf package at the GR Golf show. Bad experience from the start. Ordered a Bloody Mary and it came in a can ? Was told that’s all we have, and people live them ! No thanks. Beer was handed out in cheap plastic bags packed with ice melted after 2 holes. Staff was at best unfriendly at worst rude. GPS on carts didn’t work, called pro shop and was told “just get a new cart at the turn” no offer to replace the cart on the course. Course itself was in fair to below average condition. Restaurant was empty. All in all a sad experience! Would not recommend or ever return.

Had dinner at the golf club and the service and food was very good and the views out of the restaurant over the lakes and gold course were very nice. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Had the perch and it was excellent.

Delightful place with tasty menu items. The salmon was excellent, offered in two taste choices. I asked for BBQ sauce on the side instead of Hollandaise. Yummy. Went there for dinner, not golf.

This is now called 23 Lakes (after being on Second and Third Lake). It's got new owners, new management and new decor. We went last weekend and it was amazing and the packed. The food was SUPER. The trick will be can they keep it up. The manager has a great history with restaurants so it's likely, but this place has OLD history that needs to be shed. Welcome the new people!!!! The food was superb!! Go try it, you won't be disappointed. Prices were fair as well.

This course has some fun holes, they are obviously in the middle stages of really improving it. They need to fix the routing. Number 17 and 18 obviously used to be numbers 10 and 11 because you have to go right by them to number 10. Otherwise, it has some good holes and some bad holes. pretty fun course
